Welcome to Mainair Microlight Centre, the premier microlight school in the North West.

We have many years and thousands of hours experience in training people to fly microlights in the North West, and are the first stop for people looking for microlight lessons in Manchester, Lancashire, and Cheshire.

Our instructors at Mainair flying school are Civil Aviation Authority approved, and are dedicated to teaching you to the highest possible standard using the latest

“state of the art” Pegasus Quik microlights.

We cover everything from a 30 minute air experience trial flight, through to 1 hour lessons to gain your full National Private Pilots Licence, Radio Telephony Licence,

and even advanced training for pilots who already have their licence, but would like

to gain more experience.

We are main dealers of the world beating P+M Aviation range of microlights, which are made about ten miles away in their purpose built factory in Rochdale. We are also dealers for Ozee flying suits and Lynx Avionics and Micro Avionics.
